Livingston is almost entirely New Town housing — built from the 1960s onward, so there's very little old lime plaster here compared to Falkirk or Stirling. Jobs here are mostly modern skimming, dry lining, and plasterboard repair on standard timber-frame and block-built houses. Just 12 miles from Linlithgow, we're regularly in and out of Livingston's estates.
